FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS THE DOCUMENTARY FILM?
The Documentary Film is essentially a montage video of all of the A-roll video shot throughout your wedding day (Examples; first look, ceremony, toasts, etc) Edited into one big video for you to relive.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVELING?
Yes. We charge .75 per mile after 50 miles. Any weddings that require us to stay at a nearby hotel/AirBnB will be added to total amount.
HOW WILL I GET MY VIDEO BACK?
You will start receiving all of your videos as they are edited through Vidflow and Google Drive.
HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY VIDEO BACK?
Typical turn around times very depending on the season, expect to get your film back 4-6 months from wedding date. We will give updates as your film proceeds in the editing queue.
WHAT IS THE HANDYCAM?
This is probably the same camera that your Parents/loved ones shot all of your home videos and vacations as a kid. We will entrust it to one of your bridesmaid/groomsman to film whatever they want throughout the wedding day! It's a super cool and nostalgic way to relive your wedding day from your wedding party's perspective.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL?
We understand that plans change. You can cancel up to six months before your event for a full refund minus your Retainer. Rescheduling is possible based on availability, but fees may apply, especially if changes are made within three months of your wedding date.
On our wedding day, they were the perfect combination... organized and attentive, yet so natural that we could still enjoy the day. We find ourselves randomly watching our highlight film and raw footage throughout the year, but it’s something we intentionally do every anniversary as one of our favorite traditions. We are so grateful to have these memories preserved so beautifully and would recommend Sage and Lindsay Rose to anyone looking for videographers.
